One writing community to rule them all.

The Itty-Bitty Literary Committee dropped into my awareness as a pretty critical time in my life: I was about to birth my debut novel into the world! As one of the founding members of IBLC, I got to watch the community grow alongside my own journey toward confidence in my publishing process. IBLC, especially founder, Jessica Jaxx, has been incredibly supportive. From the kind and constructive critique circles to the organized structure of the Discord community, I have felt fully supported. I am able to engage with what will be most supportive to me on my personal path. I love that no expectations are placed on me as a member other than to show up when, where, and how I can (and be a decent person, of course). Honestly, I couldn't ask for more from a writing community. As a lifelong writer and community builder, I decided to found my own writing community in 2019. However, after only a few months, I closed it down when I realized the true commitment, time, and dedication to the craft it would take to run a successful writing community long-term. Jessica Jaxx has all of these qualities and more! She has already created such incredible ripple effects in her offerings so far, and I am so honored to witness this community's unfolding as it continues to expand. Finding IBLC was truly divinely placed before me! It was the writing community I had dreamed of but could not find. I can't wait to see where it goes next and how I can support it!
